As part of the ongoing expansion of Hong Kong International Airport, HK Express will relocate its check-in and bag drop services to Terminal 2 (T2), effective from 10 June 2026 at 4am Hong Kong Time. Additional details, including passengers arrangement and other relevant travel information will be shared in due course to help passengers prepare for their upcoming journeys. Passengers departing on or after this date will be able to view the updated details via "Manage My Booking" or the booking system in due course.
All HK Express departing flights will move to Terminal 2 (T2) for check‑in and bag drop. Our service facilities will be located T2, where self‑service check‑in and bag drop facilities will be available. After completing check‑in and bag drop, please follow the airport signage to the departure facilities in T2, and proceed to your boarding gate in Terminal 1.
Please note: Outside the operating hours of the T2 departure facilities, passengers should follow the signage to Terminal 1 for check‑in, bag drop and access to boarding gates.
All HK Express flights arriving in Hong Kong will continue to operate from Terminal 1 (T1). Immigration, customs, baggage claim and arrival hall procedures will remain unchanged. Passengers can collect their baggage, meet friends and family, and access ground transport at Terminal 1 as usual.
Arrangements for passengers using the HK Express Intermodal Pass and SkyPier transfer services will remain unchanged, ensuring a seamless connection.
