In order to enhance border security control, facilitate arrival immigration and customs clearance, and expedite the process of completing arrival formalities for our passengers, airlines are required by customs and immigration authorities of various countries to collect passengers' passport data for pre-arrival clearance. There are serious penalties imposed on airlines for non-compliance to data submission / accuracy.
Travel agents are required to enter Advance Passenger Information (API) in SSR element for booking with flights involved prior to arrival. Details as below:
