Enjoy fast, seamless and stress-free check-in with Fly Ready
We encourage your travellers to upload their COVID-19 test results and other required health documents before their flight to Hong Kong. We will verify them ahead of time – so your travellers can arrive at the airport ready to fly.
*Fly Ready is currently available for entry into Hong Kong from most locations. It will be progressively introduced for departures across cities in our network.
Reopening of The Pier Business Class Lounge
We are pleased to announce the reopening of The Pier Business lounge near Gate 65 at the Departure Hall of HKIA. It operates daily from 05:30 until the last Cathay Pacific flight departure of the day. Eligible passengers transiting through Hong Kong, and those starting their journey from Hong Kong and travelling to any destination other than the Chinese Mainland, are invited to relax and unwind at the lounge.
The Wing, First lounge remains open and continues to serve eligible passengers originating from Hong Kong or transiting from the Chinese Mainland to any destinations. However, once passengers enter the departure zone for flights to destinations other than the Chinese Mainland or The Pier Business, they will not be able to enter The Wing First.
Our lounge at London Heathrow Airport is also open from 05:30 to 17:30 daily.
