We have teamed up with JIA Group’s Michelin-starred Louise to present a bespoke menu of 16 reimagined French classics.
Using the finest ingredients, dishes such as Pan-seared Chilean sea bass with saffron sauce and Pan-seared beef tenderloin with Medira jus and porcini emulsion are designed to showcase the craftsmanship and ingenuity of Cathay and Louise in the sky.
