The new Group Sales Optimizer (GSO) tool has launched on CX Agents, offering an easy way for our agents to create and manage their group bookings. Six types of booking actions can be performed in GSO, including:
· Creating new group bookings
· Change the itinerary of a current group booking
· Split PNR
· Cancel existing group bookings
· Increase the size of a group booking
· Decrease the size of a group booking
