Adjustment on Customer Care Ticket Service Fee Policy (Revised)
To enhance our operational efficiency and service quality to our trade partners and customers, Cathay Pacific will adjust the Ticket Service Fee Policy for the booking changes handled via our Customer Care hotlines. The criteria and the service fee level would be standardized and applied worldwide regardless of Point of Commencement and Point of Sales, starting from 1 Nov 2022.

Criteria
- Apply to phone and chat servicing handle by Cathay Pacific Customer Care.
- No service fees apply for direct sales booking.
- Service fees apply to indirect sales booking when ticket reissuance is required, regardless of Point of Commencement and Point of Sales, according to the following charge table.
- Applicable to CX (160) ticket stock only.
- Service fee applicable for Local ticketing office and Airport ticketing office while passengers served by agent face to face are not in this scope.
Charges
- The service fee is charged on a “per booking” basis.
