Cathay successfully obtained IATA NDC Level 4 certification

Cathay have successfully obtained IATA’s NDC Level 4 certification, indicating that Cathay is capable of conducting more comprehensive Offer and Order Management functions via NDC. This means that in addition to the ability of facilitating booking and ticketing of NDC airline content, Cathay can also enable Sellers to support order changes and cancellations for their customers, and receive notifications in case of booking changes in involuntary scenarios. These are important elements to support our partner’s servicing requirements.
