New features on Business Plus

Dear trade partners,


We are delighted to announce the enhancement and new features of Business Plus that implemented recently.
Travel Agency Appointment via Customer Portal
Clients are now able to:

  • appoint up to 3 travel agencies to issue tickets and/or to manage rewards for them
  • to mark their referral agency
  • client will be reminded to send a connection invitation via the portal to their appointed travel agent

Ticketing Agent and Rewards Management Agents Portal
Being an appointed ticketing agent:

  • receive ticketing instruction from client to perform booking and ticketing
  • ensure BCODE is correctly input in the PNRs and tickets

Being a rewards management agent:

  • receive a connection invitation from client that provide a link to agency portal registration
  • able to manage client’s flight upgrade and lounge invitation rewards
  • download reports on the rewards that have handled
  • able to manage rewards for multiple companies under a single agency profile if they have been appointed by multiple clients
