Automatic Ticket Time Limit:

A number of bookings are cancelled due to the ticket number being entered incorrectly. At the ticketing time limit, the travel agent must report ticket number to secure a booking. The ticket number may be automatically generated or manually provided.

Cathay Pacific will only validate SSR ticket number format at ticket deadline, as follows:

Note: - Afer ending transaction it is vital that you re-retrieve each booking made, so you can keep a record of the date that the ticket number is required.

Failure to enter the ticket number by the required date, result in automatic cancellation.
