A wheelchair for aircraft is an on-board wheelchair for the use of disabled passengers on CX aircraft.

Acceptance and processing

• The request must be made at least 24 hours before the departure of the flight for normal passengers and 48 hours before for MEDA passengers through SSR.
• Air wheelchairs can be accepted in all classes of CX aircraft, including codeshare flights when operated by CX aircraft.
• No specific seat is assigned to the passenger in a wheelchair for an airplane.
• It is applicable to all types of passengers in wheelchairs. However, due to the limited number of wheelchairs for aircraft, priority is given to WCHC or WCHS with MEDA passengers
