Reminder - Ticket change procedure for Fly (worry) Free booking after 1 January 2023

For all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on/before 31 December 2022 (original ticket issued date), travellers can make ONE free change at anytime after 1 January 2023 before flight departure. Revised (NEW) travel date must be completed on/before 31 December 2023 and subject to flight availability.

Travel agent are required to perform manual reissuance and input the special code ‘FLEXFLY20’ in endorsement box for identification. Please note that fare/fuel surcharges/ tax difference may still apply, depending on the fare restrictions/ conditions of the ticket.
