Upcoming Changes to Cathay Pacific Group Booking Management – Group Services (OLGM)

We’re pleased to inform you that, starting 2 July, enhancements to the Online Group Management (OLGM) will improve usability and further streamline the handling of Cathay Pacific (CX) group bookings.

Key Changes:

Booking Details Page
  • Button label changed from [Submit to CX for issue ticket] to [Group Finalization].
  • Exchange Order status will show:

For Reference Only – before finalization.

Completed – after finalization.

 
Fare Information Page
  • Checkbox moved to the Group Finalization page (after clicking submit) for a smoother process.
