Special Ticketing Guideline for Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) relocation to Techo International Airport (KTI) (Revised)

Due to the official relocation of Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) to Techo International Airport (KTI) on 9 September 2025, with immediate effect, rerouting charges will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on/before 16 July 2025 (original ticket issue date) for travel with Cathay Pacific confirmed booking arriving to or departing from Phnom Penh (PNH) during 09 September 2025 - 10 July 2026.

Details as follows:

1. Cathay Pacific ticket stock

   
   

   1. Cancellation and Refund

      • No waiver on cancellation and refund charges.

   2. Rebooking

      • No waiver on rebooking charges.

   3. Rerouting

      Rerouting charges will be waived on conditions that

      • Such requests are made on/before 15 August 2025 and before departure
      • No-show passenger is not eligible for the waiver             
      • Travel date must be the same as the original ticketed date.

      Note: For flight that has been cancelled and/or confirmed to be cancelled, please handle as Planned Schedule Change or Involuntary Changes.

   4. Endorsement

      Condition of the respective fare rules applies.

   5. Group

      Conditions 1 (b-c) above are applicable for Groups. Please contact local sales office for details.
       

2. For oneworld carriers

   The latest version of oneworld customer disruption management applies.
    

3. Other carriers tickets

   Refer to the validating carrier.
   
   

We will monitor the situation closely and advise amendments if necessary.
