Remove HX/NO/UN/UC segments

HX/ NO/ UN/ UC will be generated on the conditions below:

  • The passenger requests CX to cancel the booking;
  • The booking's ticket time limit has expired and it has been cancelled;
  • The booking is a No Show and downline segments are cancelled;
  • A duplicate booking is flagged and the booking is cancelled;
  • The ticket is found to be fictitious and the booking is cancelled;
  • A passive segment is found and cancelled;
  • A schedule change involves flight no-operation;
  • A waitlist booking cannot be confirmed. 

We expect travel agents to remove the above cancellation status 24 hours prior to departure to enable CX to receive a booking fee refund from GDS.

# Any unremoval HX/NO/UN/UC segment is subject to be charged back.
