Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) refers to a child travelling alone without being accompanied by a person of 18 years of age or above.

Booking for unaccompanied minors

EMD-A Issuance

• BSP EMD-A will extend to SSR UMNR service, SSR UMNR can be updated by travel agent with instant confirmed if within UM quota and AIL (Automated Issuance Limits) will governing of document issuance (payment deadline)
• Change on UM

Travel agents are requested to comply below format when create UMNR bookings.

• Append the age after “UM” without space, e.g. UM08
• Add SSR UMNR element with associated passenger
• Add corresponding parent/guardian contact in OSI CTCM/OSI LCTC or SSR OTHS
• Input passenger type (PT) code as Unaccompanied Child “UNN” for quoting the fare
