Revised refund policy

Suspension of the free refund within 24 hours

Due to the planned introduction of the "Automated Refund" function (ATC Refund) in all reservation systems, the possibility of free reimbursement within 24 hours of ticket issuance is no longer granted. Tickets can still be taken back free of charge on the day of issue (void) if the day-end closing has not yet been completed.
